I have developed my knowledge across different human resources topics but I consider myself as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding professional and consultant. I am so passionate about supporting people's careers and their development, meeting different people every day is what I like most about my job. Talent Acquisition Specialist for me means supporting both candidates and the company to find the perfect match to grow and develop themselves. I'm open-minded able to work with different cultures and with stakeholder at different levels supporting them to find the best solution focusing on their needs as a strategic partner. This is also what tells my experiences, I prefer working in a dynamic and multicultural companies where my growing is also developing proactivity and flexibility to reach my target, diversity in a team is something that support my development ex-changing experiences each others. I like changes, they never stop myself, I consider them as a challenging opportunity to develop new capabilities improving myself. I'm a pioneer of cross fertilization it gives people opportunity to exchange thoughts and ideas with others, diversity is the new way to built a Team inside the organization, like that people are more productive and efficient and also open to new challenges.
