Senior HR Recruitment Manager EMEA | VF CorporationI'm an HR passionate. After a degree in Management I've started my career in the HR Department in 2007. To gain experience I've started working in a staffing company in Milan, being a consultant for external customer first and moving then to the HR Dept, with a focus on training and recruiting. In 2011 I've the privilege to join VF International, in the EMEA HQ. VF is a Purpose-led, performance-driven and value-creating organization that gave me the opportunity of getting experience in different HR area, working with international talents in different locations. I've started as HR Specialist, supporting different markets and Brands. As of 2017 I'm responsible of the EMEA Recruitment Team for the 3 HQs in Europe, supporting 10 different Brands, cross all the business functions.
