Talent Acquisition and HR Development Manager | BTicinoAfter about 15 years in the Automotive and Luxury businesses, I joined BTicino in September 2023 as Talent Acquisition and HR Development Manager reporting to the VP HR BTicino Italy. Currently I'm on charge to lead the Talent attraction, management, and development initiatives as well as to manage the employer branding and the Learning & Development initiatives. During my career, I had the opportunity to cover both generalist and specialist roles in different environments such as manufacturing, retail, and corporate working across various locations in Italy and in Europe.
