Doriana De Benedictis
Chi è: Attracted by new technologies and fascinated by everything that is innovation and enhancement of human capital, Doriana De Benedictis worked for 19 years at IBM, starting as Learning Specialist for Human Resources division. Her career path develops as Recruitment Professional; subsequently she leads the Employer Branding activity, working on the integration between different generations through digital tools. In 2016 for 4 years she masters her knowledge in Diversity & Inclusion working as IBM Italy Diversity Engagement Partner. Since April 2019 Doriana joined EY to lead the Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Italy, Spain and Portugal. She works alongside the leadership team to study, design and promote initiatives and strategies for enhancing the potential of individuals, different from each other, and therefore able to bring each one a unique value and contribution to the firm performance. An activity based on ethical and moral principles, that has strong business and social sustainability value. Mother of two children, she is passionate about cake design, she loves the sea and traveling around the world with family and friends.
