Training & Development - Identify and implement training and development plans that support employees professional development and improvement. - Planning and design of the educational courses. Financed training (with Fondimpresa). Compensation & Benefits - Ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefit policies and strategies. Performance Review - Ensure proper implementation and management of appraisal processes for all the assigned employees, to develop qualified management and professional resources for the Company. Recruitment - Manage the whole recruitment lifecycle - Define and collate all job descriptions, adverts, job postings. Conduct interviews and maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report for the Top Management. Induction processes.
